Exclusive to Amplio broadband customers. Set Up Solutions comes at a one-off fee of just $99, which can be added to your Amplio monthly broadband account.
Broadband & Landline Set Up.
During the first part of your set up we:
• Deliver network equipment to your home.
• Unpack your equipment and dispose of wrapping.
• Install your modem and connect your phone line.
• Optimize your network to ensure you receive a stable broadband connection.
Wi-Fi Network Configuration.
The next step of your set up is when we:
• Establish a secure Wi-Fi network for your home.
• Set up a custom network name & password.
• Configure your equipment to emit the best Wi-Fi signal possible in your home.
Device Connection & Streaming Set Up.
The final part of your set up is where we will:
• Link your smart devices to your network - this includes your smartphone, tablet, smart TV, gaming console, laptop and PC.
• Set up new or existing streaming services or hardware.
• Login in your new or existing account(s).
• Provide you with a quick tutorial of your equipment and services.

What you need to know.
• Amplio Set Up Solutions service does not include the installation and configuration of enterprise-level hardware. Our Service does not support the set up of overseas streaming services and hardware.
• This service is not available for commercial customers or corporate businesses. It is intended for residential purposes only.
• Devices, network equipment and streaming products are not included in the service price.
• Amplio Set Up Solutions service comes at a one-off fee of $99.00.
• The service covers up to 2 hours of time supporting the setup of broadband, landline, wifi, devices and streaming services. Extra time will be charged at a minimum of one hour, starting at $65.00 per hour.
• Additional services are available upon request and may be subject to extra charges.
